ENI North Gas Out Project in Iraq
SAE-A STX ENTECH (“STX”) announced
that they have won the ENI DGS North Gas Out Project from ENI Iraq B.V., which
is the Iraq corporation of Eni S.p.A., an Italian multinational oil and gas
company.
This project is designed to
collect associated gas separated from ENI fractional distillation facilities
(North DGS) running on the Zubair Oil Field in Basra, as well as to install in-plant
steel structures, piping and other facilities to be connected to external gas
lines, scheduled to complete by December and worth of KRW 8 billion.

“Basra, where this project will
take place, is one of the hottest regions on the planet ? the highest
temperature exceeds 60°C throughout the year”, said an official from STX’s Plant
Business Division. “We will lead the success in this project with the highest
priority on the safety of dispatched and local personnel and meeting the
deadline.”
